• Create and manage parent, teacher, and child/student accounts.

• Generate learning reports and safety ("red flag") notifications for supervising parents or teachers.
• Maintain the security and integrity of the App.

3. Voice and Audio Data

With your permission, the App records audio so that a child can interact with the AI assistant using their voice. Audio is used to process the request and generate a response. We do not use voice recordings for advertising.

4. Children's Privacy

Chat AI Junior is designed to be set up and supervised by a parent or teacher. Child/student accounts are created and managed by a supervising adult, who is responsible for providing any required consent. We do not knowingly use children's personal information for advertising or sell it. Supervising adults can review, edit, or request deletion of a child's account and associated content at any time by contacting us at the address below.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the App, and only as needed to provide the service, including:

• Apple for in-app purchases and subscription management.
• RevenueCat for subscription processing and entitlement management.

We retain personal information for as long as an account is active or as needed to provide the App, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data as described below.

The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions processed through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account, and subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings. Use of subscriptions is also governed by Apple's Terms of Use (EULA).

10. International Users

Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own. By using the App, you consent to such transfer and processing consistent with this policy and applicable law.
